ipad memory expansion

it would be good if you could use the camera connection kit sd card to expand the memory of the ipad
example store read write save data file as an extension to ipad memory
put this function in the new ios to come or as an update
any comments

RAM is memory.
Using a flash storage card to store files would be expanding storage-not memory.
