Where are the templates and backgrounds stored on the computer??

Hi, I want to edit an iWeb background and template. Where are they stored on the computer, I can't
fond them. Or what is the file name ending.

Some images are there:
Finder > Applications > iWeb > Right click > Show Contents >
Contents > Resources > Themes > themeName.Webtheme > right click > Show contents >
Shared

Which one should I download.
