You're welcome.
How many photos were in your iPhone's Camera Roll? When was the last time you imported photos from the Camera Roll with Picasa and have you always deleted the photos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete?
If there were a large number of photos in the Camera Roll that have not been imported followed by being deleted from the Camera Roll after the import process was complete, this may have been a problem with at least one photo in the Camera Roll that Picasa had a problem with.
If you deleted all photos from the Camera Roll with Image Capture after the import process was complete, have you tried capturing a photo with your iPhone followed by seeing if you can import the photo with Picasa? If so, do the import more often with Picasa as with any other digital camera followed by deleting the photos from the Camera Roll after the import process is complete - as with any other digital camera as well.
Part of what I like about Android is its open source community.
As with everything else in life, whatever positives are available with "open source" there are negatives associated with that as well. An app written for one phone model and Android version may not work with another phone model and Android version. There is no central approval and checking for viruses and malware as with Apple and the App store.
I've had no problem with the iPhone 4 glass exterior. I always used a case with my original iPhone and with my 3G, and the same with my iPhone 4. There has never been a cell phone that I haven't dropped and I've never used any cell phone without a case of some sort.
I do not have a dropped call problem with my iPhone 4. Reception is better overall than with my original iPhone and 3G. I don't have a landline and I use my iPhone for personal and business use. I had a 30 minute phone call the other day while my iPhone 4 had one bar of reception. The last time I had a dropped call was when talking to a friend who is with Sprint. He was driving through an area where he knows reception with Sprint is not good and his calls are dropped in that area. He warned me he was approaching that area and our call would probably be dropped. Shortly thereafter, sure enough our call was dropped. The call was dropped by Sprint, not AT&T.
When someone has a dropped call, most automatically assume their phone dropped the call which is BS. When both parties are using the same carrier, it can be the carrier at either location, or the phone at either location. If the other party is with a different carrier, it can be the other party's carrier or the other party's cell phone.
