Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

2 x "helpful" is not enough

Something that could do with a change: in my opinion I should be able to mark an unlimited number of posts as helpful, especially if they are.

Perhaps something in the email that says "here is a response to your question, please award points if this is helpful or answers your question" and it should be in bold and in the body of the email.

And obvious in the forum, as well. I wonder how many posters subscribe to their own threads?

Another point that's not quite right is the top info (just to make it 3): 2 "helpful" answers available, 1 "solved" answer available.
Now if you are looking for help and are new to this forum, you think straight away: good, lets have a look at these 2 helpful answers and at the solution. Very hard to find though.
I know now that these infos are for the "helpers" of the forum and if that's they way everybody wants it, then at least the wording should be different. Something like 2 "helpful" stars available, 1 "solved" star available and not confuse the ones looking for help.

I must have unchecked it when I first signed up. I check on things with "My Posts" in the sidebar. But in any case -- I know this has been said a zillion times -- there needs to be something more clearly worded and obvious somewhere in the forum or maybe even the thread, itself.
