mac-adress 0010.1800.0000
Hi,
We have about 45 new 21.5-inch iMac on our network.
Port-security on our Cisco network is switched on and working properly.
But with the new iMac's is something funny. Occasionally they report to the network with a different MAC address than the mac-address of the NIC.
The currently active MAC address (0010.1800.0000) is that of lo0 localhost:
Port security is thus activated and the switch port goes down.
Anyone have any idea whether this is a known issue?
