Did you contact iMobster? Apple doesn't control in-app purchases. There's no limit (that I'm aware of) for the amount of money you can spend on those types of purchases. Just look at some of the other threads where people let their children play games like Tap Farmer or Tap Zoo and they received hundred of dollare/pounds/euros bills for their kids purchases.

Personally, I think there should be a limit as to how much you can spend a day on in-app purchases, but as of now there is none. Note to people with children - set up a specific account for them and restrict purchases. Otherwise....

Like the others, the problem is we have not downloaded iMobster that's why it is impossible to spend money on "in-app purchase" and this is a fraudulent purchases because we don't decide to 1. download this app and 2. buy some stupid points (virtual money).

I can't ask to iMobster to give me back the money because it was iTunes credit and it his handle by Apple.

15th november no reply yet and when I want to send another mail I don't have the email that confirm my question on iTunes support.

After some email, Apple support solve my problem
Apple support is very kind and professionnel.

As form some of you i used "Carte music" from France opération.
I think there is a problem on French people from the gouvernment employe for this type of promotionnal operation!

So first thanks to Apple.
And May be the problem has to be solve with police investigation on "Carte Music" french operator.

Maybe they arr very professionnal, I just wait and see for the moment, and due to your answer there is a critical problem with "Carte musique" operation.

I look like a whiner but I just want an email from apple in order to contribute to their analysis of this problem and permit them to fix this bug ?!

If you have an email adress I listen otherwise I wait a reply from them.

I just write at support by the support email adress (on the support page)
I had to write twice but after 4 days i recieved a message from support.

No email adress to give but i have encounter the same delay for an answer.
Just have to be patient and wait.
Send an email from the support page each 2 days to be more present, but after less a week you will have an answer.

The full process take a week for me (answer, verification, recredit, unlock).
It's very anoying to be locked but the fact of being solved and recredited is a good thing.
I think we are not the only person with this problem so the delay may be more important these days.
Don't be afraid i'm sure your problem was in process.

I'm having the same problem as IsSteev and a variety of other people in here. Though my app was some World War thing and the purchase was for what appears to be almost $500 in honor points and store credit "in-app" purchases.

What's weird is not only have I not downloaded this app, I haven't downloaded ANY Storm8 apps... And now my account is disabled right before I get a new iPhone... And I was so excited for Thanksgiving this year...
