photo book prices?

Where is the price list for photo books? I can't find it anywhere on apple's site, or within iphoto. It's kind of ridiculous.

After contacting Apple and they explained, the web site is currently being updated and does not show the prices at this time. Apple did send me a price list, which I have included.

NOTE: Pricing is subject to change without notice, and shipping costs + any applicable taxes will be added to the prices provided above.

The price for books in iPhoto '09 and iPhoto '11:

Extra-large Hardcover Books: Size: 13x10 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)
Base Price: USD $49.99
Additional pages: USD $1.49 each, 100 max.

The price for books in iPhoto '08, iPhoto '09 and iPhoto '11:

Large Hardcover Books: Size: 11x8.5 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)
Base Price: USD $29.99 Additional pages: USD $0.99 each, 100 max.

Large Softcover Books: 11x8.5 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)
Price: USD $19.99 Additional pages: USD $0.69 each, 100 max.

Medium Softcover Books: Size: 8x6 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)
Price: USD $9.99 Additional pages: USD $0.49 each, 100 max.

*Small Softcover Books: Size: 3.5x2.6 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)
Price: USD $3.99 Additional pages: USD $0.29 each, 100 max.

Hope this helps everyone!!!
*Small softcover books are available only in 3-packs for USD $11.97. Picture Book theme only.

Large Wire-Bound Books: Size: 11x8.5 inches, 20 pages (10 sheets)

There are still no prices on the apple website for iPhoto books.

When you start the book the prices are displayed on the theme selection page

I also need to know what the shipping cost will be. I am based in Canada but am currently stationed in Switzerland and therefore want the book shipped to a Swiss address.

You can only do that if you have a swiss credit card for your Apple account and change the print product country to Switzerland

All of the shipping information is listed under your country here - http://www.apple.com/support/photoservices/ww/

You know, the only way I could find it was to click on the 'Buy Book' option - and then cancel of course.

I click on the buy option and it won't give me a price until I have completed the photobook. I don't want to go through the work of creating a book until I know the costs of it. Is there any other way of obtaining a price guide for the photobooks? Why is it so hard to find?
