Smurfs app

I purchased the free "smurfs app" from Itunes. I then saw where I was charges $60 without my authorization for this app. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I get some help with resolving this fraudulent charge. It does not seem that the app company should be able to charge my bank account wit bout my approval. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm so happy I found this post. It's great to hear some people got refunds. My 5 year old saw my husband put in our password one time and memorized it (not an easy thing to do). We turned on in-app purchases for a couple hours to download books and it took our son less than 2 minutes to purchase over $440 in "snoopy dollars" - part of another Beeline game.

It was all part of winning the game to him. My son saw the new screen was unlocked and the password was just another challenge.

We changed our iTunes password, hid the iPad indefinitely and contacted iTunes via email. It *****. We love some of the games and enjoy playing together, sending gifts, etc. No more.

Beeline games are marketed to children, include a store as part of play (not separate) which has items for sale (that have no value out side of the game) and the price points are up to $99. Wow. I'm in the wrong business.

I pray for a refund. Good luck all you parents. We need it.
