Have recently installed 10.6.5 (Combo) and am now getting strange behaviour with Help Viewer. Entering a search term lists standard help items and support articles, as normal. However, clicking on any item under Support Articles yields an error: "The requested resource (/kb//apps/helpviewer/index) is not available". Anybody any ideas? I have already repaired permissions as well as my boot disk (which was one file / folder in error on the volume count) but the problem remains.
Welllll - sort of. It's not a critical issue unless you have a problem you're trying to fix and the answer appears to be in the unavailable kb. It's ten days after the start of this thread and I still can't access any of the help articles.
