I have just downloaded a Tom-Tom app into iTunes on my computer. Tried synching with my iPhone4 and it is not showing all apps that are on my iPhone on the screen. Says will copy contents of library (which only contains the Tom-Tom app) onto iPhone and wipe clear all downloaded apps from iPhone???? The same happens with my music. Loaded music up into iTunes first time round, synched, everything ok. Next time I snched the iTunes librabry was empty so I have not been able to synch music as will wipe out music on iPhone. Any ideas please?
Why is your iTunes library empty? That is whey it wants to wipe all the music from your iPhone, you can only sync with one library and as it implies, it synchronizes it. No music in your iTunes library = no music on your iPhone.
I think my basic problem is around iTunes. Every time I synch, iTunes syncs music to the iPhone4 but the next time you check the iTunes library it is empty. I have to go through a long process of copying music from iPhone4 to a folder in my docs etc. Something to do with the Vaio software bossing the musisc files???
Not familiar with the VAIO, but I don't understand why it would remove all the music. Are you using multiple accounts on the computer, hence multiple libraries?
