NBA League Pass and ATV

Same problem here. The NBA app appeared some days ago, I tried it at once, but could not log in. Please guys - look into it!! I can't wait to use my (international) league pass on ATV!

Mine is working fine. Logs me in automatically 😕 Not sure whats happening with everyone else's. Although I have had my NBA leaguepass account for years, and I tried to cheat by logging out of my apple account, setting my location to america and logging in to the american league pass app last year (which for obvious reasons didnt work) but this saved all my login details in my appletv and I didnt have to enter them in again, it just logged me in automatically when the australian app popped up. Maybe try doing that and see if it works for yous??

Mine is working fine too. I am in Australia and it logged in with no issues at all!

I'm very interested in knowing if AppleTV in Sweden has an NBA app and it works? I'm considering to buy the AppleTV device along with an NBA International League Pass. So that I can stream the NBA matches directly in the AppleTV (I'm not interested in watching the matches live, but recorded matches the next evening, since I must sleep at night 🙂 ). Is this possible?

In this page http://watch.nba.com/nba/subscribe I see that Sweden is one of the countries in which this is available, but I would like a confirmation from somebody that it works, given the access troubles I'm reading from people in other countries.

I can confirm it is available in Sweden. Turned on my atv a moment ago a found out that the nba app has been added. Havent bought the season pass so I cant tell you how much content you get, only watch some gane highlights and it worked smoothly.

I'd still like to know if somebody with a League Pass could connect his/her account through the AppleTV NBA app in Sweden, but it sure helps to know that the app is there.

Is there some place within the NBA app that you can see where one can insert the username and password to get the access?

is the ILP app different to the NBA app that is standard with ATV?

It looks like they have done away with ILP and league pass and made NBA Game Time. It just depends on ATV if when you set it to your country, if the NBA app appears on the home screen or not. It didn't for Australia before, but with the latest iOS update it now does and the old ILP login works.

So basically the standard NBA app wont work but somehow the new app appeared for you?
I have changed my country to Australia and my software is up to date
Still nothing at all... pretty ****** seeing as though it works for others

What version of iOS is your ATV? If it says 5.1 (Which is iOS 6) then it's the latest. If not then upgrade.

Same problem for me. I am trying to login to the app on Apple TV but it's saying I can't sign in and to check my username and password. My account works fine on iPhone and iPad though. I'm going to reset my Apple TV and see if it works. I'm running both the latest versions of iTunes and Apple TV OS.

yeah its the latest cause when I go to software update it says my software is up to date
I must just be one of the unlucky ones at this stage

Further countries will be added to the list as the season progresses so please continue to check the NBA Game Time website for updates. You can use the application for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad you can also use AirPlay to view the games on your Apple TV.

For all experiencing the Unable to Log-In issue, this was solved by connecting to the WiFi network instead of ethernet.

What a relief!

Guys' hows the video quality of the games? And how long does it take to watch the archive games? Just want to know these things before buying an apple tv' thanks!
