No Music in Airplay, but Video works?

This AirPlay thing makes me crazy. I have tried all of the above steps many times, but nothing helps. Suddenly the AirPlay works for some hours, then it's silent again. Video works all the time. Any new information on this subject Apple?

This absolutely the worst software that Apple has ever released. Not to mention you cannot get support unless you pay. I have tried all the different configurations on the boards and nothing gets this to work. I stream from my new 27in MAC try the Airport Time Capsule and over to any of my devices Apple TV or Airport Express. But no matter what I do it is very sporadic and will play for a while and cut in and out for what seems to be no reason at all.... At my MAC which is running wireless is getting 25-30 MB per second up and download speeds so I am sure that is not it. The bigger issue is Apple does not have an ability for users to contact them to get help! Just venting....

I had all these problems. My recommendation is to simply switch to an apple airport express router. Once I did that everything worked flawlessly. There is something not compatible between airplay and other routers. It works for a while then stops.
