How to block all traffic except one IP address?

Hello everyone!

I have faced a problem with network settings, since I'm not a terminal pro user and don't know much of bash, I would like some help at this point.

The problem is that I need to block all outbound traffic (whole system) when it's not connected to VPN via TunnelBlick or Viscosity. Saying simple - no VPN tunnel = no Internet for any of the applications at all. I think it's possible, but just don't know how to do it.

I'm using OpenVPN provider, Tunnelblick or Viscosity and running an OSX 10.6.5. I'm connected to the WIFI router using DHCP.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
