I was concern of updating it, because ALWAYS something fails!

My system is Windows Xp, and after updating itunes it comes a dialog window saying:
Windows is searching for iTunes.exe. To locate
the file yourself, click Browse.

I click Browse and on the new itunes directory the file is missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Folks on this thread,

I am thankful to folks like Noir for helping and dissemanating useful information and knowledge. But there are always folks that will still kick you instead of being thankfu ( like on of the users last year)

In my case I just installed Itunes 10.5 on a windows 7 enterprise and after complete successful install the itunes.exe is missing. ( I get a message saying "find the itunes.exe file")

I tried the repair and it still does not get fixed. Is there any new inforamtion I am missing?

It being my work computer, I do have admin access, but i guess it might be something more than that.

If possible, can anyone relate and give me some tips. thanks so much.
