Airprint via internet
Print without wifi or local network?
Is there any solution for that?
Thanks in advance

When you say "no problem at all" - I am running OS X Lion Server, that is serving VPN addresses in the same IPV4 domain and subnet as the main network.
While connected to the VPN on my Macbook, I cannot print to the printers (one is shared from an iMac, the other is a WiFi printer).
While connected to the VPN from an iOS device, the 2 printers don't show up on the AirPrint list. While connected to the local WiFi, they do show up.
What am I missing? Perhaps there is some advanced configuration I need to do to allow routing of traffic between the VPN and local network?
I am having the same problem as Jay. My setup is slightly different, but it is the same idea. I have my printer connected to my Windows PC and shared through Windows. I can print to it from my iPhone when on the WiFi locally after installing AirPrint for Windows. However, when I connect using VPN, I cannot see the printer from my iPhone. The VPN server is the same computer the printer is hooked up to, and I am being assigned an IP in the same subnet as the LAN. I am running Windows 7x64 and have an iPhone 3GS running iOS 6. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Has anyone else been able to get this to work over VPN?
You install the software on the PC/Mac, then as long as the computer is on you can print on it from anywhere.
Thats what I'm going to use, not tested yet but its what they say.
