Earning thresholds for Content partners?

It states in the Apple Content partner program...

Apple does not pay partners until they meet payment requirements and earning thresholds in each territory. You should consider this before applying to work directly with Apple as you may receive payments faster by working with an Apple-approved aggregator.

Does anyone know the what the earning thresholds are? It appears one first has to go through the signing process before finding out what the actual terms of the agreement are.
