Podcast Capture?

I notice that Mac OS X has podcast capture, and OS X Server has podcast producer 2. I'm new to podcasting, but if I'm not mistaken, I can only use the OSX version to record the podcast, but if I want it published, I would need to get the server version. Am I correct?
