Thanks for the answer. As I can see, you are referring to my mentioned "ghost"-call.
My main problem is, that I am not able to call my friend by Facetime, even if we are using the same wlan-network as last week (and when Facetime worked great).
So I still wonder, if there is a way for me, to resolve this problem, or is this there a problem with the servers of apple?
Your "main" problem seems to me to be related to the hardware being used with FaceTime. Neither I nor those that I have tested with this week are having any difficulty, so the "servers of apple" seem an unlikely cause. If you updated or changed anything since FaceTime worked for you, troubleshoot that system element first.
Next, both you and your friend should try other FaceTime contacts so you can determine which of you is the source of your problem.
It may help if both of you try FaceTime from another wi-fi hotspot. If only one of you changes location at a time, you will be able to tell which iPhone has the problem.
The iPhone that has the problem should try restarting (turn off and back on) the phone before testing again.
If both of you can FaceTime from other locations but not from your home, restarting your modem and wireless router may help. If not, troubleshoot your wi-fi LAN:

I use iPod touch rather than iPhone, so my tips may not translate to your device. If not, perhaps some iPhone users can offer other tips for getting your FaceTime working again.
