I was recently trying to update my iPad and after I downloaded iTunes 10.1, my iPad is no longer being recognized and will not sync. I've followed every step in the online troubleshooting guide, checked the USB port (it does detect the iPod, iPad, and other USB media), and even reinstalled iTunes. When I run the diagnostics under the Help menu in iTunes, it tells me that the iPod or device is not being detected. However, the USB port is functional, the iPad is fully charged, and the only thing that has changed is the updated iTunes. I don't know what else to do Any ideas?
