Bringing Sony EX1 Footage From PC To Mac After Uploading To PC Problem
Hi I know this should probably be in a Sony camera forum but this one has always been good for fast answers so Ill try here first. My problem is the guy I work for uses a PC and when he imports the footage the clip comes in its own folder in mp4 format along with a xml, smi ppn and *** files.
When I play it on my mac it says the clip wont work. I tried VLC Player and DIVX and no go. The only luck I had was using Xilisoft Converter to mp4 format but the audio and video were way out of sync with really bad loss of quality.
I went over today and he dragged the footage back to the card to put into my mac as I though XCAM transfer would read it normally as just clips but the folders came too. Is there something on the PC he can do to make it readable for me or how can I do it here? Thanks.
