Facetime Registration Problem
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.5)
Hi, I have the same problem, but i have not any certificate issued by Apple iPhone Device CA in Keychain Access.
Any idea to fix my error?
Thanks,
Daniele
Same issue here with Lion. Other Lion test Macs have been able to sign in and work fine.
Apple PLZ fix. Facetime does not work in MBP and my brand new thunderbolt imac after Lion Retail installed. "Server encounter error...." Annoyed ad fustrated.
I'm having this problem too. Tried doing the certificate changes... nothing. Interestingly, this is just on my MB after Lion installed. Installed Lion on my iMac, and it works fine.
Mine is mackbook pro. Not so pro with facetime...
The same problem here.
On Snow Leo it works fine.
Now after Lion upgrade it don't work anymore.
Just backup with Time Machine and Do a clean install of Lion. Everything is gonna to be fine.
Noted on (a), but it's still a ridiculous "solution." RE: (b), that's been mentioned in this thread already, many have noted that it does not work.
a) although it is ridiculous, it worked for me 🙂.
b) yes 🙂
Same problem here, Lion on macbook pro after clean install.
Please fix it!
Same problem here too... 😮
Same issue. Not sure if this is connected but I also cannot download the updates in the App Store.
Thanks for the heads up - I also managed to do a download from the App Store. Still no FaceTime though.
FYI, I originally did a clean install of Lion and have this problem; so that is not a valid solution.
I have the released version of Lion. No Apple iPhone in the Keychain Access. Cannot log in. And I definately do not want to do a clean install. Any other solutions found?
