Print Address Book in a Rolodex format

I have been searching for a way to print my address book on pre-perforated Rolodex cards but cannot find a way; the print menu only lets me print an address only not the other info on the address book vcard. Any ideas? Thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

There used to be a shareware program that could do this called Roll Call Directory. A google search found it at http://download.cnet.com/RollCall-Directory/3000-2072_4-43588.html but it hasn't been updated in quite some time so I don't know if it will work on Snow Leopard, but it will cost you nothing to find out.
