How to contact iTunes Store staff?

I'm a musician with three CDs on the iTunes music store. I need to contact the department which actually handles the store content to try to get a couple of things taken care of on my pages. However, I can't seem to find this contact information ANYWHERE. Can anyone out there help? A phone number, email or web form? I'll take whatever I can get!

Thanks...
Scott

Thanks for the reply Dave. I have an iTunes Store account and the "support" link at the bottom of iTunes takes me to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ .... where there is no contact option for the issue I'm trying to deal with.

Actually each of the three releases are there through different channels. 2 are through labels and 1 was done independently via CDbaby's digital distribution. Somehow they don't all show up on the same "artist page". I want to straighten this out and it will be easier (I think) if I can care of it instead of waiting for the labels to do it.

I guess I have to keep searching.
Thanks...

If you are signed up with the iTunes Store directly, you should have a login ID where you can sign into your account. I would presume that would also include some way of contacting the iTunes Store regarding your music ( if it's the information regarding your tracks, not your Ping artist profile, that needs correction) though not being a signed artist I don't know for sure.

If you are working through a label or distributor and it's that company that has the account with the iTunes Store, they'll have to contact Apple for any changes necessary.

Regards.

Hi, Scott,

No, not your normal iTunes Store account. I'm referring to a content provider account which is something separate and is created when an artist or label first gets approved to sell content through the iTunes Store.

Since you released through labels and CD Baby and didn't sign up directly with the iTunes Store, you'll almost certainly have to work through them to get the problem corrected. The iTunes Store most likely won't recognize you as having status to request any changes, even though you're the artist, since it's the labels and CD Baby that have the contract with the Store.

Regards.
