Can I get Apple's ID from Myanmar?

Guys, I want to know whether I can get Apple ID from Myanmar? I know that Myanmar does not support iTune Stores or online App Stores. However, I can get Apple ID from Thailand's online store. But I don't hve credit card. Can I know free download Web Sites for iBook Application? I want to read books on my iPod Touch 4th Generation. Is there any other ways to be able to read PDF books on my iPod?

You already have an Apple ID. You created one to participate in the Discussions.

The issue is whether you can get an iTunes Store account, and since there is no iTunes/App Store for Myanmar (unless I'm not seeing it in the list), the answer is, I'm sorry to say, "no". The terms of use for the iTunes Store prohibit you from using any other country's iTunes Store from outside of that country.

If you can find a source for books in PDF form that you can purchase from Myanmar, then as long as they're not copy protected (Adobe has yet to develop or license a reader for iOS that can handle their proprietary copy protection for PDF documents) you can download them and load them onto your iPod for viewing. Project Gutenberg is a source for books that are in the public domain.

Regards.
