Please help to save my iPad - erase all content and setting

Product : iPad 3G 64GB

Problem: after I hit erase all content and settings. iPad just display a black screen and apple logo.
iPad seem keep loading and restart.
I have been wait for 10hours but still the same.
Only display black screen and apple logo.

I did try to reboot the system by press n hold home button and power . But it doesn't help.

Extremely worry now . Please help

no choice, so just wait.

i really worry about this issue. coz i bought 2 ipad, 32GB and 64GB.
64GB is belong to my friend.
but i took wrongly to sync all the contact and others app.

that's why i need to erase all the content and setting.

hope that manual help to solve the issue.

Dear David,

yes i did hit the " erase all content and setting".

now the problem is my ipad
restarting over and over with the apple logo and that white little loading circle under it.

Its been happening for about 10 hours.

i did try to reset by press and hold wake/sleep and home button. but doesnt help.

please help 😟
what i can do? just wait?

yes...
finally itune can detect my ipad..

itune mention my ipad in recovery mode and need to restore before use.

my ipad original version is 3.2.2 but itune asking to install latest version of 4.2

which version of itune i can use for restore back to 3.2.2?
