Please help to save my iPad - erase all content and setting

Product : iPad 3G 64GB

Problem: after I hit erase all content and settings. iPad just display a black screen and apple logo.
iPad seem keep loading and restart.
I have been wait for 10hours but still the same.
Only display black screen and apple logo.

I did try to reboot the system by press n hold home button and power . But it doesn't help.

Extremely worry now . Please help

Did you ever solve this issue? I have the same thing exactly.

Screen seems to work, but is black 99.9% of the time, with some vague back light. Then it will show the startup apple, the spinning sign that means it is shutting down, a quick flash of my wallpaper sometimes. The only thing it will show for more than a flash is the shut down screen when i hold the power button -- even lets me slide it to turn off, but then, it just goes black and returns to the black/apple/spinner, etc.

U hav to restore ur iPad from iTunes.

1. Open iTunes
2. Connect iPad to iTunes
3. If ur iPad screen showing d apple logo v spinning bar I guess iTunes can't detect ur device.
a.My way is press n hold power n home button at the same time
b.realease power button when the apple logo disappear but still hold d home button
c.realeae home button when iTunes detect ur iPad.
d. Restore it.

You can only restore to latest version of ISO4.2.1
Make sure u have latest iTunes version.
