Certification - Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA)

Hello all Mac Gurus,

I'm researching on info/resources to prepare and become an ACSA.

Anything you can share, any guidance, would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi

A good preparation for 10.6 ACSA Certification is to read the Exam Preparation Guides. These will give you an idea of what's covered by the Course:

http://training.apple.com/pdf/directory-services-10.6-exam-prep.pdf
http://training.apple.com/pdf/deployment-10.6-exam-prep.pdf
http://training.apple.com/pdf/acsa-10.6-exam-prep.pdf

It's possible to purchase the Reference Books online. AFAIK what you can't get - unless you attend the Courses - are the Student Workbooks. These IMO are 'worth more' than the Reference Books.

Before you start this process it would be a good idea to have reached 10.6 ACTC Certification. If you're already a 10.4 or 10.5 ACSA you should be able to skip that step. Double check with the Trainer first.

HTH?

Tony
