I just updated to Snow Leopard from Tiger. My problem is that Services menu shows "No Services Apply". I have checked "Make Text Clipping" and "Import Recipe from Web Page" buttons, but it isn't saved and therefore I cannot import recipes into my MacGourmet like I did in Tiger. I must be doing something wrong, but what? Please help. Thank you and happy holidays.

Yes, but not always recognized as such.

+If you have the time to explain what the issue was and what the solution did it will help me and others learn a bit more but either way I am v happy.+

pbs is the background process that maintains the Services menu. Sometimes it goes off the rails, and the menu disappears or is garbled. All you did was to restart it.

It has been helpfull for me too, but only for a moment. I have the same problem again. I'm on Snow Leopard and I think -but I'm not sure- I have this problem after DevonThink-pro's installation. Any idea?
