Is there a separate QT download for 32bit AND 64bit?

In the past I run QT Player always on a 32bit WinXP.
Now I migrate (had to migrate) to 64bit Win7.
If possible I want to use 64bit prgms.
Is there a 64bit version of QuickTime player?

If yes: Where exactly can I download it?
On page

there is only one

There's just a 32-bit version of QuickTime, Peter, but it's compatible with 64-bit Vista and Windows 7. (Your Windows-on-Windows 64 handles it, so the program files will appear in your \Program Files (x86)\ and \SysWOW64\ rather than your \Program Files\ and \System32\ .)
