Apple TV 2nd won't connect to Network -3902 Error

Can anyone help with this, got brought an Apple TV for Christmas and it won't connect to the router, it can find it, but when you put the password in, it just comes up saying:

There is a problem connecting to the internet.
Check your settings and try again (-3902)

Any help would be much appreciated

Same problem here and also problem with network drop outs

Hi I fixed it by turning of sleep mode.
