How do I restore my ringtones?

Recently I had to restore my iphone for whatever reason. My ringtones are not there any longer. I do see them in my itunes library but have no idea how to restore them to my phone for use. Can someone guide me throught that process?

Taking at least a glance through the iPhone user guide might be a good idea. Apple includes a Safari bookmark with the iPhone for access to the iPhone user guide, or you can download it to your computer from Apple's website as a PDF file.

With your iPhone connected to iTunes, select your iPhone under Devices in the iTunes source list to reveal the various tabs for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. Select the Ringtones tab. You need to select Sync Ringtones with the option to transfer all available ringtones or selected ringtones only followed by selecting Sync.
