ipod touch 4G - doesn´t turn on anymore!

heyy, I got the itouch 4G - 8GB for my birthday and I'd been charging it though a wall socket then when I went to sync all my songs and apps I'd baught - to my itunes - 11 days after purches, it completely broke down itunes said the only thing to do was to restore it back to store quality ... so i did, and it didn't work so I LOST £15 worth of apps. and music and it still didn't work, i've tried your reccomended "press the on/off buttin and the home button for a few seconds" and that didn't work, I of corse got worried, i hope there's something someone can do to help me ... but i'm going to go to the apple shop soon, i just posted this incase anyone else had the same problem and knows what to do 😟 ... someone HELP! please 😕

HELP!!

i have the new ipod touch 4G, 8GB and last night it just randomly turned off and would not turn back on, then i tried that thing where you hold down the home button and the lock button and that worked, it turned onto the apple screen with the apple on it then after a few seconds it went to the screen that has a cable with an arrow pointing up to itunes, so i went on the laptop with itunes and plugged it in and a little window thing popped up and said an ipod was detected but could not be viewed or opened and that i have to restore the whole ipod! i clicked restore and it said that if i restore it, it will go into factory mode, which means i will loose EVERYTHING!! i went searching on youtube and google trying to find other ways to help me but they all dont work. i really dont want to have to restore it all... please please can you help me 😟😟

My computer won't download itunes, and when i had this problem, i freaked! plus, my brother has my cord so i had none. the battery had died while my other brother was playing with it and i got soo worried. it took me awhile but i finally plugged my itouch4g into my ihome and held the power and home buttons. when i turned it on, it actually had a nearly full battery! so glad it worked!

Same problem here i pod wont turn on, charge, sync, or even get recognized my my computer and i've already tryed holding the on/off button and the home button at the same time while plugged into a computer and it isnt working for me and ive repeated the steps a bunch of times. gerr 😠... Is there something im missing here, something i did wrong? 😕

Im having the same problem as Mrkos nothing is working now its just an expensive paper weight
