Netextender Not Installing

I have tried installing Netextender on my MacBook Pro (OS 10.6.5) and am having issues. It appears to install, prompts me for my password in order to allow for installation and then the installation says "Cleaning up" and nothing happens. It's not installed as it indicates. I have tried installing it from both my company's SonicWall VPN and from SonicWall's own demo page, same results. Anyone else run into this problem?
