Iphone 4 touch screen problem

I bought five unlock iphones in Canada, and brought all for Brazil. One Iphone has a problem in the touch screen, but here in Brazil none wants to give me the garantie. What can I do? In Canada is so easy Apple is different here Why Apple has different policies if it's a global company??? Please just don't say to me: "We can't do anything"

Well, the simple fact is that the iPhone warranty is country specific, always has been. If you purchased your phone in Canada, then your warranty & support will only be valid in Canada. That's one of the downfalls to purchasing an iPhone in country other than the one you live in. You have no choice but to return the phone to Canada, and once fixed or replaced, it will only be returned to an address in Canada.
