App Store Asking for Admin

I'm using the computer as an account without administrator privileges while someone else manages the administrator account. Every time I want to download an app, it asks for my administrator name and password. The admin would have no problem allowing app store access, but he doesn't want to type it in every single time. Is there any fix for this?

Macbook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.6)

Can you check with the dseditgroup terminal command if you can see the groups?

I don't know how to use that command, but now I started into internet recovery and had 10.7.4 installed on top of my existing system again.

Now all users/groups seem to be back again.

Also, my Dock had a strange bug - when dragging an item out of a stack that's in fan view, it would stick for about 1 second before.

That bug is now also gone.
