This Google Search turned up two suggestions:
1.
Be sure the file has extension .jpg or .jpeg
2.
Try opening the file in Graphic Converter, then performing a Save As. For Graphic Converter, click
here.
There is no software that will fix corrupted files since there is no way of knowing what the file contained before it was corrupted.
If these files have been on your computer for some time, this is why one should implement and use a comprehensive
"Backup and Recovery" solution.
