Facetime in Pakistan

I have bought a carrier unlocked iphone 4g from Canada recently. Now i am in Pakistan and want to activate Facetime on it. It sends an sms then "Waiting for Activation" messege stucks on screen. Facetime is not activating? What could be the problem? can anybody help me?

I am not sure if it will 'activate' on a carrier in Pak. Can only share my experience that I hd similar situation but I activated it before coming to Pak and FT worked just fine on Ufone carrier.

In any case, suggest download skype, it is as good. Matter of fact, I rarely use FT now. The call and video quality with Skype is very satisfactory.

same problem what i do i have iphone 4s is unlocked but facetime is not work i do everyting is same pls help me
