You're all ok with paying to see an information that is already on your phones?

I agree with @boche - why pay for something your phone already does.

If it is that necessary to have the date/time right away, check out DropBox.

I have a PC and when I transfer pics from phone to computer, it has the date and time listed at the bottom of the folder if I hover over the picture.

iPhoto will tell you everything but is $5.

I just released an app that will tell you the date but not the time. It's called Photo Date (free) if you're interested but doesn't sound like its the right fit for you since you want time info as well.

Just downloaded a free iPhone app called "Photo Date." It's simple and works great to identify the date and time any photo in your iPhone Photos album was taken.
