Your Apple ID has been disabled!?

After I had to change my cc# due to a security breach, I can't down load new apps or update the old ones. I am logged onto iTunes, and apple with the new info, but iPad says- "your apple I D. has been disabled." yikes!

Any thoughts?

Have you tried the linked to instructions i.e. resetting its password and logging out and back in everywhere ?

I also have this issue. Someone tried to hack my apple ID and one day POOF! I got that message. I had to switch my Apple ID to fix that. I want my old one back. Help me! I tried everything!
