Your Apple ID has been disabled!?

After I had to change my cc# due to a security breach, I can't down load new apps or update the old ones. I am logged onto iTunes, and apple with the new info, but iPad says- "your apple I D. has been disabled." yikes!

Any thoughts?

If an account has been disabled you won't be able to download anything on the account, including updates, until it's been re-enabled - follow,the instructions that have already been posted on here
