Speaker not working on Ipod Touch 4g

I purchased my Ipod touch 4g about a month ago or so. Within the past few weeks the internal speaker stopped working. Sound still comes out of headphones. I have already restored it, reset it, and restated it. Can anyone help me out or is it time for me to drive across town to the Apple Store?
