ipad stuck at apple logo

i reset my ipad and now it is stuck at the apple logo, ive tried several attempts to turn it of holding the sleep/wake button and the home button, then i turn it back on, and it still stuck at the apple logo the progress sign comes on but it doesnt seem to rotate.

Have you tried connecting it to your computer in iTunes and do a restore? Make sure the battery is fully charged by plugging into the wall outlet for a couple hours first.

Also take a look at his article:

i have tried these steps..ive connected it to my computer but the ipad logo doesnt appear on itunes, n i also went thru those steps as well..it charged all last night. so it has full battery.what woiuld be the next steps?
