Music on Flash Player always freezes up

Anytime I go to one of those myspace.com sites they have music that plays with Macromedia Flash Player 7 and it always freezes up about every 5 seconds. Any tips on how to fix this? I know my dial-up connection is probably mostly to blame but is there a way to somehow make this thing work better?
