My Game Center account reset itself

Same thing happened to me!!! I did nothing but all of a sudden i lost my account!!!

What did you do differently? im being asked to setup a new account at the moment.

Same thing is happening on my iPhone. I'm wondering if there was another global GameCenter reset. Not only did I have to create a new account, but I was able to get "SuperRob", which I -know- was taken prior. (I used to be "SuperRob64".)

Alright I went ahead and created a new one with the same old alias. Once signed in to gamecenter everything was zero, but if I log out and back in, it shows my old alias scores. Sign out and in again, it shows the new alias scores.really confused. Would love apple to fix the issue Nd delete my new alias scores. My old alias has 201 achievements. Wouldn't wanna loose it

Ok another update.if I log out and back into gamecenter it shows my old alias. But noticed that a new game from miniclip, ping pong or something just updated and doesn't recognize me as signed and asks to login to gamecenter,but as soon as I login and switch to the game center app it shows me my new alias with a few achievements but if I log out and login again it shows me my old alias with the higher amount of achievements. Same issue with fragger desert strike by miniclip. But any other game like angry birds has no issues and doesn't ask me to login to gamecenter

Yup, same thing here. I managed to get most of my achievements back by replaying my games, although sometimes it took loading into Crystal to make Game Center realize. Seems this happened to a lot of people as the amount of people currently on the leader boards has dropped dramatically. Some official word from Apple regarding what's happening and how to get things back would be nice. Oh, also I've noticed I can't seem to get an online game on Fruit Ninja HD, not sure if that's cause everybody's lost game center and as such aren't playing, or if in fact the Game Center failure is stopping online play.

I just recently started experiencing the same problems you had but with this new game "Battle Online" and would like to ask for anymore advice or a permanent fix to the user name switches? Its getting very annoying have to continually sign in and out.

Having the same problem here, both mine and my wife's accounts have reset...i wanna play fruit ninja online!!

Same problem here, I installed a new game, and when I went to activate game center it told me to create a new account. I did and used my same username, so I guess my old account was just deleted somehow. Oh well.

There is a game centre problem

Re-registering with the same acct info brought back some of my achievements...not all though. Pretty disappointed about this...
