cellular data network tab is missing on my iphone 4

cellular data network tab is just disappeared.
my iphone 4 is a uk unlocked model (MC603B), no jailbreak, 4.2.1 (8C148).
please help

yeah. i can tell for sure that you wwhere correct... I'm using for fun a iphone 5 on ios 6.0.1 now in 2016 and when switched carrier .. I live in Albania, Europe .. that settings disappeared ..
