The portion of log above is the same as mine.
Add to that, some of these,

. I just updated iTunes the other day.
The only major update.
This MP is doing the same thing, and now twice in the last hour.
You see a pop-up for just a moment, but can't review it when the box disappears before
fully reviewed or screen saved.
Pop-Up reports something about smart drive something issue.
But I do not see this listed about smart drive in console.
Viewed a video sample in 'Quick View', then clicked file to load in iTunes.
As it was loading, it quit before I knew what happened.
Selected movie tab in iTunes, and can't see the movie listed at all.
The list of movies don't show image covers, and don't play.
Select music, and none of the music will play, or load.
Select Finder/Applications to try to use Disc Utility for what ever reason, and
Application list won't load.
Within a moment, spinning ball begins, wait a while, then force it down with start button.
Restart, and it happened again shortly.
The MacPro Install Disc is loaded in the drive tray ready to try a drive test.
On restart with disc loaded, it says to hold 'C'.
Will try this later, if this continues.
It says to do back-up prior.
I have spare drive in bay 3, 1TB.
Would simply grabbing drive one and copy it over to drive 3 adequate.
Or is there a preferred process?
Thanks for any steps that should take place.
These heavier issues need more talent than I have.
Currently using MP at the moment, while stable.
I'll shut him down proper in just a moment, vs locked up forced off.
