When I send a picture message, a red symbol exclamation mark comes up. Then it fails to send. How do I get this to work? Do I need to activate something? I just bought this phone 2 days ago, and I'm on o2 network if that matters. Please somone help me 😟

You need to contact O2 and have them check the provisioning on your iPhone to ensure it is set up for MMS.
