Music through AirPort Express without iTunes

I've been playing iTunes to my stereo through AirPort Express for a while now -- it's great. I would now like to play music from other applications through AirPort Express, e.g., on the Internet there is a great site called Pandora that's essentially a radio station. Since Pandora plays on a web browser, I don't think I can hear it through AirPort Express.

But I heard about a piece of software that will do this -- I can't find it now that I have the time to deal with it. Anyone know what this might be?

Thanks

On a Mac, VLC can be used to stream the audio to iTunes while playing a movie, and iTunes then pushes it to the Express. This may work for peecee too.

It goes along the lines of:

1. In VLC edit the 'stream output chain' to be:

#transcode{acodec=mpga,ab=192,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=http,mux=raw, url=:8080}, select=novideo, dst=display, select=noaudio}

2. Start playing the movie

3. In iTunes, open a stream to icy://localhost:8080
