Okay thanks I will try that!!
Another question does my Ipad need to have to iTunes 10.5 or my home computer?
Your home computer needs iTunes 10.5.
Okay thAt is what I think I downloaded today, do you know if there is somewhere on my home computer to check and make sure I have that downloaded the right one?
Assuming this is a Windows computer, open iTunes (which should briefly give the version when you open it), click on the Help menu at the top then About. It will show you the version. You are looking for 10.5
Yes it is Windows so I will look This, Thank you so much, I will for sure let you know if all this works!!!
I have a Brother printer that is compatible (I can print wirelessly from my g4 laptop) but can't from my original iPad. It has ios5. I installed AirPrint but when I tell it to print, it cannot find the printer. I tried "rebooting" by holding down the button on the upper right top then pwering off, and then back on. But it didn't resolve this. What should I try next? Thanks, Vicki
Simply because it is wireless does not mean it has AirPrint.
How did you "install AirPrint", because you can't?
If your printer is on the compable list (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356), make sure you have installed the latest firmware on the printer. If you are using a 3rd party software package on your PC such as AirPrint Activator, FingerPrint, etc. make sure you are using the lates version. After upgrading to iOS 6, I had to upgrade to the latest version of FingerPrint to get it to work.
