Contact Groups not showing up on Iphone when syncing with Mobileme

My contacts show up in my address book on my Iphone but when I go to look at my groups the page is blank and I cannot get back to my contacts without closing and reopening contacts but still no groups. I want my groups to show up. I have at least 4 groups that show up on my me, and syncs fine with ipad....

I THINK THIS IS A ISSUE with the new verizon iphone.

Please help if anyone has

I'm having the same problem with the Verizon iphone 4. I sync my contacts through mobile me as well. When I go to "groups" under contacts it is blank and I have no way of getting back to the full contact list.

I've tried syncing many times, as well as checking mobile me settings etc.. Anyone else having this issue??

I actually got the problem resolved lastnight I ended up going back to MobileMe tech support chat and talking to another rep and told him how was on the line for several hours this morning and how ended up going and getting a new phone and problem exist well this guy was like I see your username has some capital letters how are you entering in your phone I was just like appears with the capital and lowercase letters... He said needs to be all lowercase so I deleted the account on my phone re-added in all lowercase and magic works... so now my contacts/bookmarks are Over the Air syncing again.

I am having a similar issue. As is my wife. I also believe that it is a bug in the current iOS on the CDMA iPhone 4.

It is just as you described, and I have to close Contacts completely in order to restore my access to the contacts list. And, like you, our groups show up just fine on our iPads (within minutes of making changes, as we sync over MobileMe).

It doesn't appear to be a letter-case issue, as at least my login is in all lowercase letters.

I sure hope that this is fixed in an iOS update soon! It's rather problematic for those of use who use their iPhones for business purposes.

Press the Home Button on the iPhone once (or twice if you are not on the home screen) to come up with the "search iPhone" tab. Enter any name that is in your contacts or address book. A list of references with the name will come up. Touch the address book reference and you will be directed to the name in the contacts list. Touch the "All Contacts" button on the left hand upper corner. You will get back to your contact list.
