Can't get setting right for Charter.net IMAP using Mail
He has tried to set up my charter.net account as an IMAP account on Mail (ver 4.4) on my spankin' new MBP13.
He has successfully set up my work IMAP email account but can't get charter.net to work.
He has looked at the charter.net support pages, tried their online chat, but none of their settings seems to work consistently especially for OUTGOING mail.
Can anyone help or give a few tips?
